URGENT: Payspan Outage

Expected Duration

Payspan has informed us that their systems are expected to remain unavailable during the following timeframes:

  • All day Monday, January 26
  • All day Tuesday, January 27

We will share updates as soon as Payspan provides additional information.

What Providers Should Do

At this time, no action is required from providers. Please hold off on attempting access or payment processing until Payspan systems are fully restored. Once service resumes, all standard processes can
continue as normal.

There are currently no available workarounds while Payspan’s core systems are offline. Normal functionality will resume immediately once Payspan restores service.

We recognize the inconvenience this outage may cause to your operations and and apologize for the inconvenience. We appreciate your patience while Payspan completes their recovery process.
