New Plan Serving our Dual Eligible Members Launching January 1, 2026

Beginning January 1, 2026, we will launch an aligned Dual Special Needs Plan (D-SNP), Wellcare by Delaware First Health, in Delaware. This new plan is designed for individuals who qualify for both Medicare and Medicaid, allowing their benefits to be coordinated and managed by a singlehealthcare organization.
