Duals Availity Essentials Training Available

Happy Holidays to you! The new year is here, and our new integrated duals plan, Wellcare by Delaware First Health will began on January 1.

I’m writing to invite you to the upcoming training for our portal and Availity, to ensure you have the necessary information to work with the new plan. Training dates are listed below. 

Dates for combined health plan secure Portal and Availity live training:

• January 13, 2026 
• January 20, 2026
• January 27, 2026

You may register by logging in to Availity Essentials: 

• Select Help & Training > Get Trained.
• The Availity Learning Center (ALC) opens.
• Select the Catalog tab in the top navigation bar.
• Type CNCLIVE in the search to locate the Duals course. 

Access a recording of the training early, beginning December 24, 2025 in the ALC.

Finally, you can also access a brief FAQ, Managing Dulas Availity FAQ, on these digital tools. One important action to note is ensuring that you add the duals line of business in PaySpan to avoid receiving paper checks for payment. The FAQ has more details.
