Maximize Provider Reimbursement with Annual Preventive Visits

Annual Preventive Visits (APV) are an important way to close care gaps for our members, your patients. Each APV presents an opportunity to connect, discuss health status and goals and complete tests and screenings. Providers can earn additional compensation through Wellcare’s 2026 Partnership for Quality* (P4Q) program and the 2026 Continuity of Care Plus* (COC+) program. Additional compensation opportunities are in addition to reimbursement rates outlined in your Participating Provider Agreement. *Terms and Conditions apply.
